From the evening of July 20th to 21st, the land of the Southern Yugu Autonomous County Bureau of Zhangye, Gansu dropped the snow. On the 21st, the local herdsmen told Jimu Journalists that the snow was still down, and the heavy snow collapsed the accommodation tent that they built temporarily on the mountain.

On the 21st, Ms. Liu, a videos publisher, told Jimu Journalists that she was herdsmen in the Southern Yugu Autonomous County, Zhangye, Gansu. The tent that was crushed in the video was her uncle's house, and they were temporary residences when they grazed on the mountain. At present, the local area is still snowing, and the temperature has plummeted. Her uncle and A father have already come down the mountain first, and they can go up the mountain when it is clear.

Ms. Liu introduced that their area is located in Horseshoe Township, Su South County, Zhangye, Gansu, with an altitude of more than 3,000 meters. It belongs to the section of the Qilian Mountains. The snow has begun from the evening of the 20th. It has now been 10 cm thick.

"The snow is so big, and the cool summer." Another local resident said that she was also snowing. She claims that in the high altitude area, it has been snowing before July. It is not unusual in the plateau area. Most of the surrounding areas are raining.

On July 21st, the Meteorological Observatory of Southern County issued a signal of heavy rain blue warning signals that the accumulated rainfall in Dahe Township, Southayan County in the past 6 hours has reached 26.2 mm. It is expected that the precipitation will continue in the next 6 hours. The cumulative rainfall in Baiyin Township and Huangcheng Town will reach more than 30 mm. Please pay attention to prevent floods and geological disasters of small and medium rivers caused by heavy precipitation.
