Weather situation and influence on July 13-19

On July 13-16, the city continued to be sunny and hot weather, with the highest temperature of 38.5 ° C (Yixian, 15th). On 17-19, medium thunderstorms appeared in the city, and the city's meteorological department carried out artificial rainfall operations in a timely manner. The effect was obvious, and there were heavy rain to heavy rain. In the early stage, the temperature in the city was high; precipitation was obviously less;

On July 13-19, the average temperature in the city was 29.6 ° C, which was 1.9 ° C (Figure 1) as high as the same period of the same year (27.7 ° C). The average precipitation was 22.0 mm, which was obviously 5.5 % less than the annual (48.5 mm) (Figure 2). The average sunshine time is 52.1 hours, which is 2.2 % more than usual (42.8 hours) (Figure 3). In the early stage, high temperature and rainy weather caused mild drought in the city, moderate drought in some areas, and was not conducive to differentiation of ears in the first season of rice in the pregnancy period. On 17-19, the rainfall process and artificial rain increase operation effectively eased the drought. At present, the drought monitoring of the city is normal, but the surface soil on the surface of some areas is still mild.
