China Everbright Bank Credit Card Center (hereinafter referred to as the Everbright Credit Card Center) was ordered to make corrections due to the serious caution of credit cards and gave a total of 800,000 yuan in administrative penalties. The penalty date was May 26 this year.

What illegal acts have caused a lot of complaints?

Minsheng credit card has nearly 600 collective complaints on the platform. " Most complaints report that the recipients of the Minsheng Credit Card Center have adopted on -site intimidation and continuous calls.
The reporter's investigation found that credit cards' illegal collection has become a heavy disaster -stricken area for consumer complaints. The report shows that in 2021, the bureau received a total of 16,436 complaints, of which the number of credit card complaints was 10,492. The credit card business complaint was mainly concentrated in negotiation repayment, reflection of collection and credit reporting disputes, interest fees and pricing disputes, respectively. Standardize credit card collection
On January 1 this year, the "Credit Card Collection Reception (Trial)" (hereinafter referred to as "Guidelines") issued by the China Banking Association began to be implemented.
The "Guideline" clearly states that the collection personnel did not agree with the debt, and it was strictly forbidden to enter the phone and visit the collection at 8 am at 10 pm.
The "Guidelines" requires that it is strictly forbidden to collect or harass the third ⼈, which has nothing to do with debt, and contact the third cricket to disclose the detailed debt arrears information and the amount of debt. On May 19, the China Banking Regulatory Commission issued the "Administrative Measures for the Protection of Consumer Rights Protection (Draft for Soliciting Opinions)" and prohibited provisions of the acceptance of the collection. Debt voluntaries inform the specific debt information and personal sensitive information; take the use of administrative agencies and judicial organs to implement income; adopt improper means such as violence, intimidation, fraud, and threats; use other means of illegal illegal and violation of public order and customs for collection.
