How to prevent drowning?

How do drowning and rescue themselves?

2. Do not raise the water in your hand to avoid sinking; move your hands, observe the liferings thrown by the rescuer, and quickly lean on.

4. Save physical strength after drowning, waiting for rescue is the most important.
