The azalea rhododendron is the evergreen of the azalea family. The leaves are about 1.5 cm in length, the diameter of the corolla is about 1.2 cm, and the height is 5 to 60 cm. Most of them are attached to the cliff moss. Flowers are yellow, bright, and high ornamental value. The flowering period of the rhododendron of the Gangu is from late July to early August every year. It is mainly distributed in the Nanling Mountains at the junction of the three provinces (districts) of Hunan, Guangxi, and Guangdong. There are only records of 4 counties in Suining, Chengbu, Channel, and Yizhang in Hunan Province. Although the origin of the Riguka Rhododendron of Yizhang Mangshan has been found for many years, it can no longer be found.

It is led by the Central South Forestry University of Forestry University of Forestry Science and Technology. The Rhod Valley Cuckoo found in Nanshan National Park, Hunan, is the largest distribution area in Hunan Province. It is mainly distributed in the cliffs of Nanshan National Scenic Area and the Liangjiang Canyon National Forest Park. This fully shows that the biodiversity in Nanshan National Park, Hunan South Hunan, has a high degree of agglomeration and rare and endangered species.
