On the evening of July 20, CITIC Bank (SH601998, a stock price of 4.7 yuan, a market value of 230 billion yuan) issued an announcement saying that the bank will implement the 2021 annual A -share ordinary share dividend of the 2021 year. The total share capital of the Bank of China at 48,934,843,657 shares is based on the registration date, and the cash bonus per share is distributed to all shareholders of 0.302 yuan (including tax) per share, and a total of 14,778,322,784.41 yuan is distributed. Among them, A -shares were 34,052,680,680 shares, and A -share cash dividends were distributed about 10.284 billion yuan.

On the evening of the same day, CITIC Bank also issued an announcement on adjusting the convertible company's bond conversion price based on the 2021 profit distribution plan.

According to the announcement, CITIC Bank issued A shares convertible corporate bonds with a total face value of 40 billion yuan on March 4, 2019. The bonds referred to as "CITIC Convertible Bond" and the bond code was "113021".

According to the agreement, due to the profit distribution of CITIC Bank in 2021, the CITIC Convertible Bonds from July 20, 2022 to the date of the dividend equity registration date (July 27, 2022) was suspended. The first trading day (July 28, 2022) was resumed. The price of CITIC Convertible Bonds was adjusted from RMB 6.73/share to RMB 6.43/share on July 28, 2022.

As of July 20, CITIC Bank reported 4.7 yuan/share, an increase of 1.51%on the day.
