Recently, Dongguan Zhongtang Urban Management Branch used drones to conduct normalized inspections on operating self -built houses. Inspection found that there were charter -built rental houses built on the top of the top No. 1 Lane 1 and No. 9, Central Road No. 1 Lane 1 of the East District of Jiangnan Community. Due to the suspected illegal construction, law enforcement officers went to the scene for inspection.

Law enforcement officers first found four rental houses that have been built on the top of Building 7, Lane 1, Sixth Ring Road, East District, Jiangnan Community. Urban management team members immediately found the landlord to investigate. It is understood that the landlord's construction of the above building did not go through the relevant approval procedures on the top of the building, which was illegal. On the top of the No. 9 Building of the Central Road, law enforcement officers also found that the landlord did not handle the relevant approval procedures to build 6 houses without authorization for rent. The acting on the top of the building belongs to the landlord to seek more benefits, and the house is built without permission to rent it for rent, which causes a lot of safety hazards to the building.

Law enforcement officers communicated with the landlords involved, patiently explained relevant laws and regulations, so that they fundamentally recognized the harmfulness of unauthorized construction, and issued a notice of demolition within a time limit for the two landlords.

However, within the statutory period, when the law enforcement officer arrived at the scene again, it was found that the two buildings on the top of the two buildings have not been demolished. On July 19, the dealership of the Zhongtang Urban Management Branch forced the two buildings to build a house on the top of the buildings, demolished a total of 10 houses, and the demolition area was about 240 square meters.

In the next step, the Zhongtang Urban Management Branch will increase investigation and discovery of illegal buildings and investigate and deal with them together. At the same time, we will strengthen the relevant legal publicity work, so that the general public can recognize the serious consequences of private construction, and consciously abide by relevant laws and regulations.
