Integrating asset resources funds, big and stronger state -owned capital, Hunan state -owned enterprises' reforms have reached a big move. Today, five provincial -owned state -owned enterprises formed from 10 provincial -owned state -owned enterprises were officially unveiled.
According to the decision -making deployment of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, this year is the year when the three -year operation of the state -owned enterprise reform. The Hunan Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government attach great importance to accelerating the pace of optimization and structural adjustment of state -owned enterprises. The reorganization plan announced this time is: Hunan Construction Industry Group Co., Ltd. and Hunan Transportation Water Conservancy Construction Group Co., Ltd. merged and set up "Hunan Construction Investment Group Co., Ltd."; Hunan Modern Agricultural Industry Holding Group Co., Ltd. The company merged and set up "Hunan Agricultural Development Investment Group Co., Ltd."; Hunan Gold Group Co., Ltd. and Hunan Nonferrous Environmental Protection Research Institute Co., Ltd. merged and set up "Hunan Nonferrous Industry Investment Group Co., Ltd."; Sanxiang Group Co., Ltd. Hotel Tourism Development Group Co., Ltd., formed the "Hunan Sunshine Huatian Tourism Development Group Co., Ltd."; Hunan State -owned Assets Management Group Co., Ltd. was included in Hunan Xingxiang Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd.

The optimization and structural adjustment of Hunan's state -owned capital layout and structural adjustment involved the total assets of 373 billion yuan and operating income of 200 billion yuan, accounting for 24%of the total assets of the provincial regulatory enterprise and 35%of the total revenue.
