It was learned on July 18 that at the launching meeting of the nationwide commercial secret protection and innovation pilot, Wuhan successfully selected 20 innovative pilot areas of business secrets in the country. It will give full play to demonstration and promote the protection of business secrets to a new level.

Strengthening the protection of business secrets is an important part of strengthening anti -unfair competition and protecting intellectual property rights. In March of this year, the State Administration of Market Supervision issued the "National Commercial Secret Protection and Innovation Pilot Work Plan", which proposed that the first batch of innovation pilots will be selected with a pilot cycle of 3 years.

Twenty innovation pilot areas are mainly concentrated in Beijing, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and other places. Wuhan and Ningbo are determined to use the city as an innovation pilot unit as a deputy provincial city.

Each pilot area will combine the characteristics and development trends of the local industry. On the basis of existing reform and exploration, it will highlight the advantages and focus on the focus, form institutional experience as soon as possible, and actively build a highland for protection of innovative reforms in business secrets.

In recent years, Wuhan has attached great importance to the protection of business secrets, established and improved the joint meeting mechanism for the Wuhan anti -unfair competition department, and established a three -dimensional protection network such as legislative, judicial, administrative, industry associations, arbitration mediation agencies, and rights protection assistance institutions. It is reported that in recent years, Wuhan has accepted a total of more than 50 civil and criminal cases of related commercial secrets and criminal cases, and 9 cases of violations of commercial secrets in administrative investigation and punishment to avoid more than 10 million yuan in direct economic losses of the right holders.

Wuhan has launched the "Guide to Commercial Secret Protection Work" earlier in Wuhan. It has been well received by academic circles and is generally welcomed by enterprises. It continues to carry out the construction of business secrets to protect the company's contact points. The tentacles are deepened to the front line of business secrets, so as to guide and timely service.
