On March 17, 2022, the Fujian Provincial Drug Administration supervised and inspected Zhangzhou Yijia Cosmetics Co., Ltd. In the company's raw material warehouse, the raw material "polymer softening skin-skinned thicker W-9A" (batch number: 20201013C) exceeded the period of use in the qualified raw material area. The company was suspected of using raw materials for cosmetics that exceeded the use period.

On June 21, the Fujian Provincial Pharmaceutical Bureau directly delivered the administrative penalty notice to Zhangzhou Yijia Cosmetics Co., Ltd., and informed it that he had the right to state, defense, and requested a hearing. The company did not submit a statement to the Fujian Provincial Drug Administration within the period and did not apply for a hearing.

The Fujian Provincial Pharmaceutical Bureau believes that Zhangzhou Yijia Cosmetics Co., Ltd. uses expired raw materials "Polymer Sudden Skin Skin Skin Thicker W-9A" to produce ordinary cosmetics planting and protecting baby moisturizer, which is the third in violation of the "Cosmetics Supervision and Administration Regulations" third Acts stipulated in Article 10.
