Western plan volunteer Tang Tianzhen's self -report -dedication to youth in the frontier is particularly obtained

My name is Tang Tianzhen, and I am a special volunteer in the Western Plan for Western Plan for Tibet in 2020. Two years ago, I graduated from college and came to work from my hometown of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. It has been two years. During his work in Tibet, I have served in rural construction positions in Lhasa and Tuanxian County Party Committee in Losh County, Shannan City.

Two years hurried. In 2020, I was tempted after seeing the special publicity video of the Western Plan for Tibet. On the night when I arrived in Lhasa, looking at the lights outside the window, I secretly determined — the place where the motherland needed was my hometown.

During the year in Lhasa, I followed the Youth League Committee to plant trees in the mountains and planted a sea buckthorn tree, poplar and fine -leaf red willow. I have also participated in civilized traffic guidance for 7 consecutive days as volunteers and duty at the intersection. I have been living in Lhasa for a long time. Although I still miss my hometown, I gradually get used to this place thousands of kilometers from my hometown.

In the first year of the Western plan service period, when thinking about future work arrangements, I came up with an idea: to go to more remote grassroots services.

In July 2021, I proposed to the Tibetan Autonomous Region Committee of the Communist Youth League that I hope to transfer to the border area with higher altitude. Luozan City, Shannan City, this place with an average altitude of nearly 4000 meters is my new work place, and it is also a strange land I have never set foot.

From Lhasa to Lota County, driving for seven or eight hours. The mountain roads are twisted, passing through the blue lakes, turning over the mountains, my mood is ups and downs like the altitude along the way. I have been thinking- "Where is Luoza?"

After a whole day of running, I finally arrived in Lota County. I originally thought that there may be two streets and several buildings. I did not expect that it has developed a large scale here. There are various flavors of dishes in the hotel, and various goods in the supermarket are all available.

In Lota, I have more time to deal with the masses.

Once, I followed the staff of the League and County Party Committee to participate in the care and condolences to the activities of the minor children in the teaching personnel. At the beginning, the children were unwilling to open up, and many people just lowered their heads and didn't speak. When I looked at the scene with silence, I tried a way to activate the atmosphere. I took a few children to the office, introduced them to their office environment, visited the exhibition board displayed by the office, chatted with them, and guided them to tell them the difficulties they encountered. After a long time, the children were finally willing to share with me. When I left, there was another child holding my clothes and didn't want me to leave. I can see the children's reluctance, tears can't help falling down. At that moment, I felt that my work was particularly valuable, and dedication to youth in the frontiers was particularly obtained.

After working in Tibet for more than two years, I sometimes can't sleep and nosebleeds because of the plateau reaction, but I have deeply liked this place. I think, no matter what the way before, the growth in Tibet is always my most precious youthful wealth.
