The People's Government of Weihai City:

Your city's "Instructions on Holding the South Korea (Shandong) Imported Commodity Expo" (Weizheng Request [2022] No. 9) received it. With the consent of the provincial government, the current approval is as follows:

I. Agree with the South Korea (Shandong) Imported Commodity Expo in Weihai City from August 5th to 7th, 2022. The Expo was co -sponsored by the Weihai Municipal People's Government, the Shandong Provincial Department of Commerce, and the Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in Qingdao.

2. Strictly implement the spirit of the eight central regulations and regulations on the objections of fighting and sacity of hard work and thrift, frugality, pragmatic, and efficient meeting, and perform the approval procedures for inviting relevant leaders to attend the event in accordance with regulations. We will conscientiously organize preparations, improve the level of exhibitors and exhibits, do a good job in the protection of intellectual property rights, security prevention, and epidemic prevention and control, strengthen on -site management, formulate emergency response plans, and ensure that the expo will be carried out smoothly.

3. In the aspects of investment promotion, news promotion, exhibition promotion, conference materials, venue layout, etc., illegal publicity shall not be performed, and the name of the expo name or the organizer shall not be changed at will. If the time of the expo is indeed adjusted, the organizer must report to the provincial government in time.

4. Within one month after the expo, the content, scale, total expenses and expenditures of the expo, as well as whether there are violations of regulations and discipline, and copy the provincial government, and copy it to the Provincial Department of Commerce.
