In order to ensure the smooth progress of the construction, traffic management is implemented during the construction period:

● From July 23rd, 2022 to December 8, 2022, the outer ring of the Third Ring Road (Interchange to Wangjiazui) is prohibited from moving vehicles from the direction of the interchange of Wangjiazui from Miliangshan.

● Lili Road (Hanguang Lane to Hanyue Lane) implements a motor vehicle from north to south (Hanguang Lane to Hanyue Lane) unidirectional;

● Hanguang's Lane (Shenlong Avenue to Hanguang Lane) implements motor vehicles from north to south (Shenlong Avenue to Hanguang Lane) unidirectional;

● Hanguang Lane (Venture Road to Liye Road) implements a unidirectional traffic from east to west (Venture Road to Liye Road);

● Hanxiang Lane (GEM to Liye Road) implements a unidirectional traffic from east to west (Venture Road to Liye Road);

● Hanyue Lane (Liye Road to Chuangye Road) implements a unidirectional traffic from west to east (Liye Road to Chuangye Road).

● Motor vehicles (Jiyu Road to Linjiang Avenue) are prohibited from passing by motor vehicles.

● A forward road (Jiyu Road to Friendship Avenue) implements a motor vehicle from west to east (Jiyu Road to Friendship Avenue).

A bypassing plan: Motor vehicles that need to pass the construction section can bypass the surrounding roads, health roads, Health Road, Si Road, Shanglong Road, Linjiang Avenue, Heping Avenue, Jiyu Road, and Friendship Avenue.

The traffic management department reminds that motor vehicles, non -motorized vehicles and pedestrians shall obey the traffic police command and on -site management personnel to divert, and pass the traffic signal instructions. The bus operation route and stop station adjustment, in accordance with the "Regulations on the Management of Urban Public Passenger Transport and Transportation of Urban Public Passengers". Motor vehicles, non -motorized vehicle drivers and pedestrians shall obey the traffic police command and on -site managers, and pass through the traffic signal instructions. For those who violate the relevant notifications, the traffic management department of the public security organs will be punished in accordance with the provisions of the "People's Republic of China Road Traffic Safety Law" and other laws and regulations.
