On July 18, the Shangzhou District Party Committee held a meeting of the comprehensive deepening reform committee to hear the report on the relevant reform situation and study and deploy the reform of the region. Zhang Guoyu, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee, Secretary of the District Party Committee, and Director of the Comprehensive Deepening Reform Committee of the District Committee, chaired the meeting. The meeting listened to the report on the formulation of the District State -owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission on the formulation of the "Reform Plan for the Deepening Reform of the Shangzhou District", the report of the district urban investment company on the deepening reform of the Shangzhou City Investment Company, and the District Water Conservancy Bureau on the "Shangzhou District Water Department Department Report on the formulation of the pilot project of the connection and the pilot project of Shuimei Rural Construction.

The meeting emphasized that one must improve the position. Departments at all levels must fully understand the importance and urgency of deepening the reform of key state -owned enterprises, accurately grasp the focus of reform, unswervingly implement the reform tasks of the district committee deployment, and fully support and cooperate with key state -owned enterprises' reform. Second, we must organize and implement the reform of state -owned enterprises. Immediately start the implementation plan, carefully compare the requirements of the work, make every effort to promote the reform work, and ensure that all measures of reform are implemented. Third, we must accelerate the development of state -owned enterprises. Enterprises in various countries should take reforms as an opportunity, actively involve in key projects in urban areas, accelerate key tasks such as financing and transformation of old communities, and further enhance the development of enterprises. Fourth, we must strengthen reform and propaganda. In different forms of different forms of propaganda reform plans for party and government agencies, institutions, enterprises, and social propaganda, they have gone to the talents, stimulate new vitality of talents, and promote the healthy and vigorous development of enterprises.

The meeting requested that the first is to seize the key to strengthening the district urban investment company, accelerate the integration of state -owned assets, further revitalize existing assets, and give full play to the overall benefits of fixed assets; to strengthen the internal management of the enterprise, standardize operations, and dig deep potential. Stimulate the new vitality of the enterprise. Second, all relevant departments and units should accelerate the transfer of operating assets of state -owned assets and government investment in accordance with the requirements of reform, fully support the reform and development of district urban investment companies, and actively solve their practical things for enterprises. Third, district urban investment companies should further clarify corporate positioning, clarify the direction of development, give full play to their own advantages, continuously strengthen the scale of corporate assets, increase corporate operating income, and ensure that state -owned assets are preserved and appreciated.
