All the opera teams, professional actors, college opera professional teachers, students and amateur enthusiasts in the city can participate.

Drama film breaks, Quyi singing and puppet shows will adopt the county (city) sea election and various district push, municipal finals and excellent show exhibitions and awards evenings. The team participates in the municipal finals; the districts directly push players or teams to participate in the municipal finals.
