Jinda County People's Court: two cases of disputes in one day

Recently, the Jinta County People's Court has successfully mediate two trading contract disputes in one day, effectively resolving the contradictions and disputes between the two parties, and reduced the cost of litigation.

In September 2016, Luo Mou successively provided cement to Wang Moumou. In October, Wang Moumou issued a lack of competing 38,000 yuan to Luo. In February 2018, Wang Moumou paid 10,000 yuan for the cement model of Fu Luo, and paid 20,000 yuan in June. The remaining 8,000 yuan cement models have not been paid.

Since August 2019, Yang has purchased meat products somewhere somewhere. By June 2020, Yang owed a total of 365,500 yuan in payment. Later, Yang paid at Mu Moumou of 20,500 yuan, and the remaining 165,000 yuan of payment Yang Moumou issued an IOU to Moumou, promised to pay before the end of August 2021, but has not been fulfilled so far.

The Jinda County People's Court undertakes the two parties to conduct two cases of case mediation. During the mediation process, the judge started from the law and reason to inform the parties' legal knowledge involved in the contract of the parties. In the end, both cases reached a mediation agreement and were successfully resolved.
