After the case was filed, the undertaking judge immediately conducted a risk assessment and issued a first -time execution ruling to prevent the plaintiff from hindering the normal field cultivation of the plaintiff to ensure that it would cause greater losses when the farm is not wrong. At the same time, in order to enable the plaintiff to have a stable and good production environment, the police officer of the Judge joint police station was held to persuade the defendant and the farmers involved, and demanded strictly in accordance with the legal procedures.

During the trial, the undertaking judge reviewed, analyzed and determined the economic loss and fault liability of the plaintiff, and organized the mediation of both parties. In the end, the two parties reached a mediation agreement, and the plaintiff gave up the request to claim the defendant's full compensation for 45,000 yuan in economic losses, and only requested the defendant to compensate for 500 yuan in symbolic compensation.
