One year of summer, I was still studying in Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics and went to Shenzhen with my classmates. It was the first time I came to Shenzhen. Although the whole city was still under construction, the fiery atmosphere left me. Very deep impression. One night, my classmates and I sat on the roadside of the gate of the Shenzhen Grand Theater, looking at the bright city night view, and couldn't help feeling: "Shenzhen was really open and prosperous." At that time, I burst into my mind. The idea of ​​Shenzhen ".

In 1990, on the eve of graduation graduation, I came to the Shenzhen Municipal Finance Bureau Accounting Office at the time. At that time, after more than ten years of development, Shenzhen had undergone profound changes. The traditional accounting system could not meet the economic and social needs at that time. Reform must be carried out, a modern accounting system, unified accounting language, and world standards.

At that time, there were only five or six staff members in the entire accounting office. Everyone was brewing the reform of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone's accounting system. It happened that my graduate direction was Western financial accounting. In 1990, Shenzhen began a total of 1,332 independent accounting companies in 35 groups (general) companies and joint -stock companies in the city to conduct pilots of accounting reform, and tried the corporate accounting system that was in line with international accounting standards. Shenzhen's registered accountant business started in the 1980s. At that time, in order to adapt to the development of the market economy of the Special Economic Zone and meet the needs of foreign -invested enterprises for accounting verification services, in 1982, Shenzhen's first accounting firm -Guangzhou Accounting Firm Shenzhen Branch was established. At that time, there were only 4 registered accountants, more than 10 staff members, and most of them were temporary staff from Guangzhou to Shenzhen. Since then until the late 1980s, a total of nine accounting firms have been established.

In order to regulate the practice behavior of accounting firms and registered accountants, the registered accountant industry performs service, coordination, management, and supervision responsibilities in accordance with the law. In this context, on April 21, 1995, the Shenzhen Registered Accountants Association and the Shenzhen Social Audit Association jointly, under the leadership of the Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, established a new Shenzhen Certified Public Accountants Association in accordance with the "Regulations" and ended it to end The history of the "two, two divisions, and the two sessions" and their respective war have been the first to achieve the unified management of the social audit industry in the country.

Prior to the reform, from 1991 to 1997, the association had only punished 7 firms and 20 accountants. At that time, I brought two proposals, one was related to our industry, and the other was a proposal to enter the city training for foreign migrant workers.

Since 2005, Shenzhen has selected several government departments each year to submit the financial budget of these departments to the Municipal People's Congress Planning Budget Committee for review. When I first served as the representative of the people's congress in 2000, Shenzhen did not have a complete budget at that time. At that time, the public included many representatives of the National People's Congress, and everyone was very concerned about the public budget. As a financial staff, I thought at the time: exercise the power to hold the "money bag" and convey the will of the people -the taxpayer's money must be effective and must serve public interest. Therefore, while serving as a representative of the Municipal People's Congress, I put forward many opinions and suggestions on the government's fiscal budget.

In 2008, when reviewing the budget of the Shenzhen Science and Technology and Information Bureau, and the Municipal Food and Drug Administration, it was found that there was only one number of accounts, so there was no specific explanation, so we proposed to "where the 1900 million spent on overdue arrangements" at that time. In the end, the Shenzhen Municipal Finance Bureau issued a detailed explanation.

In 2014, the other nine other people's congress representatives purchased more than 473 vegetable samples of more than 40 supermarkets and vegetable farms, and delivered it to the Hong Kong vegetable base for testing. It was found that 52 sample pesticide residues exceeded the standard. This result surprised us very surprisingly. Essence Prior to this, I have been paying attention to food safety for 10 years. I have mentioned countless proposals and other people's congress representatives. This result made me determined to follow the food safety issue to the end.
