Two old communities in Gashua Street Community, Wan Berlin District, Taiyuan City completed the "micro -transformation"

This year, the Wan Berlin District continued to implement the transformation of old communities to improve the living conditions of residents. On July 18th, the Jibo West Courtyard and Caiyuan Community of Gashua Street Community have now completed preliminary transformation, and the appearance of the community has changed greatly.

The Western Courtyard and Caiyuan Community were built in the 1980s and 1990s. It is the employee residential building of the unit. Damage and other issues seriously affect the normal life of residents.

During the reconstruction process, the construction party carried out key rectification of the water supply heating pipe network and the road surface of the community, including replacing rainwater pipelines, painting inner and outer walls, replacement units, doors and windows, and re -laying pavement. At present, the initial transformation is completed, and the residential environment and services of the community have been greatly improved. "In the past, the exterior walls were aging, and sometimes the wall skin was dropped down, which was very dangerous. Now it is posted on the insulation layer, and it is very comfortable in winter and cool in winter."
