In the construction site of the Smart Food Equipment Industrial Park (Phase 1) of the Luohe Economic and Technological Development Zone (Luohe), the sound of the machine is rolling, and the tankers transporting concrete are coming and going. This project is one of the key construction projects of the Luohe Economic Development Zone. It is undertaken by the China Railway Tenth Bureau. The planned land area is about 183 acres. The design and use period will be 50 years. It is expected to be completed by the end of December 2023.

The industrial park integrates production plant, supporting assistant office, cafeteria, dormitories, etc., and plans to build food machinery production centers, shared machinery processing centers, food machinery display trading centers, raw material standard parts storage distribution centers, packaging printing accessories production centers, packaging and packaging, packaging Printing Accessories Research Center, Life Supporting Center, etc. After the project is completed, the annual output value is expected to be 1 billion yuan, and 2,000 employment positions are provided.
