In addition, in order to promote the formation of the Shenzhen Modern Logistics Farm Station and ensure the implementation of the logistics distribution station, the Shenzhen Planning and Natural Resources Bureau has compiled the "Guidelines for the Planning and Distribution of Shenzhen Logistics and Distribution Station" (hereinafter referred to as the "Guidelines"). According to the "Guidelines", the construction of logistics distribution stations in the future should consider future technology development, and reasonably reserve facilities such as drones, drones, and underground pipeline distribution.
The "Guideline" states that in order to implement national policy requirements and meet the transformation and upgrading of cities, industries and consumption, Shenzhen proposed a modern logistics market system for building a "logistics hub+logistics transfer center+logistics distribution station". Among them, the logistics distribution station refers to a relatively complete distribution infrastructure and information network, which mainly undertakes logistics places with end -end short -distance, small batch, and multi -frequency distribution services. As an important part of the Shenzhen Modern Logistics Farm Station system, the logistics distribution station has undertaked the functional radiation of the superior logistics farm station upward, and directly serves the terminal users. Therefore, standardizing the planning and construction of logistics distribution stations is not only an important measure to improve the quality of urban development, but also the need to improve the needs of supporting facilities in the "15 -minute living circle" in the city and meet the needs of residents' high -quality life.
At present, according to the leading functions, the city is divided into 11 categories of 758 planning standard units. The "Guidelines" clearly states that the standard unit with living, commercial business, industrial development, comprehensive services, and science and technology development is the standard unit. It has a large demand for dense population and a large terminal logistics. In principle, each standard unit shall set up at least 1 logistics Delivery station. When the scale of the construction project is more than 30,000 square meters, the logistics distribution station should be built in principle. When the construction project itself and the surrounding end logistics distribution demand is large and the logistics farm stations are seriously insufficient, the land use scale is less than 30,000 square meters of construction projects. It should also be equipped with a logistics distribution station.
The logistics distribution station is recommended to adopt the form of building affiliated construction. The plane can be divided into the operating area and the parking charging area. Various functional areas should be flexibly configured according to the needs of the logistics format of the service. N room temperature storage, cold chain storage, refrigeration, short -term storage of frozen goods, etc. The establishment of a logistics distribution station shall set up a logistics transfer vehicle loading and unloading berth in front of the door; according to its own business needs, a certain scale electric bicycle berth and charging/power exchange facilities shall be set up in the outdoor peripheral area.
At the same time, the "Guidelines" clearly states that the establishment of logistics and distribution stations in Shenzhen should set up intelligent sorting equipment, intelligent storage and sorting cabinets, etc., and should be used to use wireless radio frequency recognition (RFID), barcode tracking, intelligent temperature control, intelligent temperature control, and intelligent temperature control. Modern information technologies such as electronic data exchange (EDI), integrate end distribution, information services, operation management and other functions, and improve the intelligent level of end logistics. The construction of logistics distribution stations should consider future technology development, and reasonably reserve facilities space such as unmanned delivery vehicles, drones, and underground pipeline distribution.
