The survey shows that online shopping appliances have become the mainstream consumption trend, and 80 % of home appliance sales enterprises have been operated offline; domestic smart home appliances have been highly recognized by consumers and their demand is increasing.
Eight percent companies are still sold in physical channels
Among the home appliance sales companies participating in the survey, 88.5%of companies are mainly sold through physical channels such as specialty stores, shopping malls, supermarkets, and wholesale markets. Only 11.5%of enterprises are mainly sold through e -commerce channels. Of the 18 companies with sales exceeding 100 million yuan, 11 were sold only through offline physical sales. Sports of physical channels accounted for 84%of all home appliance sales. Seven have online sales, and online sales accounted for only 16%.
The survey shows that as of the end of May this year, a total of 94 household appliance sales companies in the city, of which 72.3%of enterprises were sold in domestic brand appliances; from January to May, domestic brands sales were 34.397 billion yuan, accounting for all home appliances to all home appliances. 90%of sales. It can be seen that the sales of e -commerce channel sales are obvious on promoting the income profit of home appliance companies.
Domestic brands are gradually recognized.
The survey showed that 85.1%of consumers prefer to buy home appliances online. Among them, after 86.2%of consumers buy home appliances online, the frequency of buying home appliances in physical stores decreases or basically does not go to physical stores to buy home appliances; 77.7%of consumers believe that the experience of online home appliances is better or very good. Online shopping is gradually becoming the mainstream way for consumers to buy home appliances.
In terms of brand selection, surveys show that 76.3%of consumers tend to buy domestic brands. Among the primary reasons for choosing domestic brands, 43.8%of consumers believe that domestic appliances are cost -effective, 41.1%of consumers are out of patriotic feelings, and 7.9%of consumers believe that quality is guaranteed.
In this survey, Hefei consumers buying smart home appliances is increasing. 63.9%of consumers have purchased electric toothbrushes, 30.9%of consumers buy over -sweeping robots, 22.1%of consumers have purchased smart fingerprint password locks, 13.9% Consumers have purchased beauty instruments. Smart toilets, dishwashers, smart speakers, and cooking machines also have corresponding purchases.
It is worth noting that although consumers highly identify with domestic appliances, especially for smart home appliances, the supply of smart home appliances is still insufficient.
