According to relevant news, when Li Yapeng and others developed real estate projects in Lijiang, they had a dispute with an investment company in Beijing, involving 40 million money. It is reported that there are tens of millions of interests in addition to the principal of 40 million yuan in the case. The proxy lawyer of the creditor stated that he will recently mentioned the enforcement of Li Yapeng and Li Yawei.

Although this debt is in the court since December 2015, the date of the occurrence has a long history. Around 2008, after Li Yapeng faded out of the entertainment industry, he pulled his brother Li Yawei and established a "Lijiang Snow Mountain Investment Co., Ltd." in Yunnan. Limited.

Later, due to development issues, Li Yapeng needs to introduce another shareholder, but the condition of the same is that the Li Yapeng brothers must issue a commitment to "repay 40 million yuan in the form of due bonds in July 2015."

The main contradictions between the two parties lies in different interpretations of the contract. Brothers Li Yapeng believed that the source of the other party's bonds was unclear, and the relevant agreement was invalid. Taihe Youlian thought he was unjust. In response to these contradictions, the two parties have carried out a lawsuit for more than 6 years. They were sentenced as early as last year, but Li Yapeng did not give up the right to continue appeal.
