My name is Qiu Hongxing. During the people's juror in the People's Court of Dushanzi District, Karamay, I was fortunate to participate in the "Yun Ting Trial" twice.

Putting down the phone, I was thinking: The plaintiff was closed in the dormitory of the Kuitun factory. How can I start a court?

On July 29, 2020, I came to the court on time. They used the "cloud court trial". The parties did not use it to the court to participate in the trial through mobile phone software. This was the first time I participated in, full of curiosity.

The court carried out comprehensive disinfection. There were no plaintiffs and defendants at the trial site, only the chief of the trial, the clerk, and the people's juror.

The plaintiff and the defendant are colleagues. On July 31, 2019, the defendant borrowed 8,700 yuan from the plaintiff on the grounds that the money was urgently needed. It agreed to repay a month, and then disappeared. He did not return the loan from the plaintiff before the trial.

In order to make the case smoothly, the court obtained the consent of both parties and decided to adopt the "cloud court trial". The technicians repeatedly tested the facilities and equipment. After the signal was stable, the judge contacted and guided the original defendant's operation to ensure that the two parties entered the trial video interface smoothly.

At 10:00, the "Yun Ting Trial" officially started. The secretary read out the discipline of the court. After the judge's verification of the plaintiff and the defendant, he announced the opening of the court. The plaintiff presented evidence such as WeChat chat and transfer records with the defendant.

After the trial, the members and parties of the collegiate panel confirmed the electronic signature of the trial. The nearly 2 hours of the trial of the synchronous video was smooth and the voice was clear and the voice was clear.

On January 6, 2022, I participated in the "Cloud Trial" of a motor vehicle traffic accident dispute. Before the trial, the clerk was fully prepared, and the judge announced on time.

The defendant, who was in Zepu County, Kashgar for the first time to participate in the "Cloud Tribunal", was a bit nervous, and he would not operate during the trial. Under the guidance of judges and secretaries, the defendant successfully completed the trial through his mobile phone, saving the cost of back and forth. The "Yun Ting Trial" also eliminated the plaintiff's concerns that the defendant could not come out of the court.

Two "Cloud Tribunal" made me deeply feel that the People's Court of Dushanzi District, Karamay was actively promoting the informatization of trial and "thinking of the masses". I am very proud of people's jurors!
