Wang Zhongyu, male, Han nationality, was born in January 1957, a wenwen people in Shanxi, college degree, joined the Communist Party of China in June 1984, and joined the work in April 1975.

From April 1975 to July 2006, he successively served as the Taiyuan Railway Director of the Northern Works Line Workers. Deputy Director of the Branch Bureau, Director of the Work Office of the Zhengzhou Railway Bureau;
