It directly or through relatives to illegally accept others' property, a total of more than RMB 21.12 million.

The Chifeng Intermediate Court believes that the defendant Meng Yongshan, as a national staff, uses the convenience of his position to seek benefits for others and illegally accept others' property. His behavior has constituted a crime of bribery. Meng Yongshan's bribery amount is particularly huge. As a staff member of the judicial organs, using authority intervention and intervening in judicial activities, some of the property involved in the case cannot be recovered and shall be severely punished in accordance with the law. The facts of the crime, actively confessing the facts that the vast majority of the case handling agencies have not yet mastered, constituted self -surrender, and 1 million yuan of bribes attempted to be attempted to be punished lightly according to law.
