Long Mouxia promised to dredge the leadership in the school and help the incident to organize children's enrollment. The victim who was sorrowful for children's school was not verified by multiple parties, and it was transferred to Long Mouxia for a total of 110,000 yuan in three times. Afterwards, the child's admission matters were delayed. The victim contacted Long Mouxia many times to ask about the progress.

After receiving the report, the Chengdong Police Station launched an investigation immediately. After continuous investigation, the police handling the case on June 29, 2022 clarified the event location of the suspect Long Mouxia, and decisively captured it to capture it.

After interrogation, the criminal suspect Long Mouxia confessed to the criminal facts of his fraud, and admitted that he was not a teacher in a middle school in Zhanjiang at all. Its fictional identity is nothing more than to deceive the parent's "handling fee" to repay the debt. At present, Long Mouxia has been criminally detained by the public security organs according to law. The case is under further investigation.
