In early June 2022, Daxing Police found in his work that hundreds of thousands of electricity scams were deceived in and out of multiple accounts within two days. Every time the two appear, the same blue business car appears, which has attracted the attention of the police.

Police investigations found that the business car frequently drove in various suburbs in Beijing, and most of the time stopped at banks or cash machines. The police followed the line and eventually found the car in the corner of a parking lot in Fangshan District.

Through squatting, the police found that the gang had a strong awareness of anti -investigation, the members were clear, and the driver did not have a fixed residence. He went out at seven or eight o'clock a day, went to three to four people in different places, and then went to the bank outlets in the suburbs. Seeing that the opportunity of the arrest was mature, on June 15, the police arrested all five gang members including the driver, and received more than 120,000 yuan in cash from the blue business car.

After investigation, the driver Yang and contact Li were a daily cash withdrawal of a telecommunications fraud gang. They rely on the news every day and recruited different cash withders as a fraud gang to obtain it. The other three came from "application". Under the circumstances of helping telecommunications fraud gangs, they may use their own bank cards to extract money from electrical fraud, and assist telecommunications fraud gangs to obtain.
