Recently, Jiangmen Customs officially filed a case for two suspected infringement cases such as suspected infringing fan lamp accessories, memory cards, and U disks, and handled the suspects of infringement.

After the comprehensive and risk analysis and judgment of the risk control department, the Gaosha Customs officers were checked out of the two batches of goods.The inspection found that the "UL and Graphic" trademark logos were printed on the 12,000 export fan lamp accessories, and the memory cards and U disks were printed with "Micro SD" and "HP" trademark logos, respectively.After confirming the relevant trademark right holders, the above two batches of goods were suspected of infringing intellectual property rights.
