The Lichuan City Court of Court held that the defendants Dai Mo Min and Zhang Mouxue used the information network to issue information for illegal and criminal activities for others. After the defendant Dai Min and Zhang Mouxue arrived in the case, they truthfully confessed the facts of the crime. They were frank, and they could be punished lightly according to law.

The defendant was sentenced to eight months in prison for illegal use of information networks, one year of probation, and a fine of 2,000 yuan. In the year, it was fined 2,000 yuan.
