The post office staff found that there was something similar to stamps in the envelope during the verification of the return letter. The drug "stamps" introduced by the public security organs in anti -drug propaganda immediately reported the case to the public security organs. Public security organs identified the "stamps" in the envelope to confirm that they contained LSD, and then captured the suspect Wang.

According to the survey, in December 2021, Wang entered a website that specializes in drug sales abroad through the wall software, purchased 200 drugs "stamps" worth nearly 4,000 yuan, and sent to China through international express mail.

Wang set up a drug trading group on overseas chat software for drug trafficking. In January this year, Li found Wang through the drug trading group and purchased 5 drugs "stamps" from drugs.

After the two parties completed the transaction through Bitcoin, Wang packed the drug "stamps" into envelope, camouflated into ordinary letters, and mailing to Li by a positioning mail. In two months, Wang and Li completed three transactions through this concealed method.

After the public security organs filed the case, the Lianyun District Procuratorate involved in the case in advance, and suggested that the public security organs cross -identification of the two sides' overseas chat software accounts, determine the uniqueness of the identity of the two parties, and conduct technical investigations of Wang's mobile phone. Payment records, etc. According to the opinions of the procuratorial organs, the public security organs have improved the chain of evidence and confirmed that the delivery of drugs has been completed. On June 16, the case was transferred to the Lianyun District Procuratorate for review and prosecution. On June 21, the court sued the defendant Wang to the court for drug trafficking. The case is currently under trial.

At the same time, the prosecutor found that Wang's behavior through Bitcoin might be suspected of criminal money laundering, and then transferred the case clue to the public security organs. On June 8th, the public security organs were investigated for the crime of Wang's suspected money laundering, and the case is currently under investigation.
