The results of the hazard were allowed, causing the young victims to die due to intracranial hemorrhage. Therefore, the behavior belongs to the intentional (indirect) damage behavior.

However, the defendant Zhang has taken improper measures in the process of taking care of the child many times, and the child's face will be killed regardless of the consequences. Considering that after the incident, it took the initiative to call 120 to send the hospital and actively investing in the facts of the criminal facts. There was a certain manifestation of regrets and obtained his wife's understanding.

In the end, the Yizhou District People's Court sentenced the defendant Zhang to six years in prison for intentional injury.

After the first trial was sentenced, the defendant Zhang was dissatisfied with the verdict and appealed to the Hami Intermediate People's Court to request the cancellation of the first trial judgment to change the crime of death. He tried by the Hami Intermediate People's Court, ruled to reject his appeal and maintain the original judgment.
