In order to properly resolve the contradictions of the neighborhood, recently, the Judge of the Shuanghua People's Court settled in the household mediation, and successfully resolved a case of compensation for property damage.

The plaintiff Zhang and the defendant Meng were a neighbor relationship. In April 2022, the color steel tiles on the roof of the defendant's home warehouse were blown up by the wind, smashing the neighbor's house and car. Zhang and Meng had been to many car repair shops to consult with cars for maintenance. However, due to the inconsistent negotiation of maintenance prices, the contradictions gradually intensified, and the plaintiff Zhang Mousui went to Shuanghua People's Court to file a lawsuit.

In order to resolve contradictions as soon as possible and repair neighborhood relations, Judge Sun Zhirong decided to take back mediation methods to mediate the household as the parties. She has repeatedly communicated with Zhang and Meng Mou through the phone to learn more about the matter. On June 20, 2022, after an hour and a half of the mountain road, the court staff arrived at the party's house for on -site investigation and mediation.

Because there are many trivial matters in neighbors, there are many conflicts between the two sides, and the mediation has been in trouble. However, the judge handling the case did not give up the ideological work of both parties and took the initiative to contact the defendant's son, hoping that he would communicate and solve the defendant. At the same time, she tirelessly shuttled in the house of the two parties, and she knew her affection and moving. After two hours of patient mediation, the two parties finally reached a reconciliation opinion and delivered the maintenance on the spot.

There is no small matter for the masses. The Shuanghua People's Court truly reflects the judicial service model of "letting the judge more running and running less legs."
