Illegally obtained citizenship information and registered for online stores for sale. Three men were sentenced to sentence

Three men obtained more than 4,000 citizenship information through illegal channels, used this information to register online stores on an e -commerce website, and sold the registered online store account to the public, illegally made more than 40,000 yuan. Recently, after a public prosecution was filed by the Yuxi County Procuratorate in Fujian Province, the court sentenced Zhang, Guo, and Cai to one year and six months in prison for infringing the personal information of citizens, and each fined 10,000 yuan.

In April 2021, Guo met a netizen on the Internet and learned that he could sell for profit by registering an e -commerce online store account. As a result, Zhang, Guo, and Cai Mou jointly invested together to go to Changsha, Hunan to find the netizen to learn the technology of using other people's ID cards, business license registration online store accounts and resolding for profit. Since May of the same year, Zhang, Guo, and Cai Mou have set up a special studio to obtain personal information of citizens with the Internet. The three of them used the personal information of the obtained citizen to register for an online store on an e -commerce website, sell the successful online store account to the outside world and make a profit from it. On August 3, 2021, Zhang, Guo, and Cai were captured by the Youxi County Public Security Bureau, and were seized by 9 computer hosts, 2 mobile hard disks, 3 U disks, 11 mobile phones, 1 laptop computer, and one laptop. 4 business licenses.

After the case was transferred to the Yuxi County Procuratorate, in order to obtain sufficient evidence, the prosecutor handling the case carefully reviewed, formulated an outline of the supplementary investigation, and guided the public security organs to verify the identity information detained computers to confirm its true and effective. In order to avoid information repetitive calculations, the prosecutor actively guided the public security organs to entrust professional appraisal agencies for identification. After the appraisal, a total of 2017 of the duplicate information was selected. Finally, it was determined that 4,881 valid ID cards and 4,751 valid business licenses were determined. In order to determine the profit amount of the criminal suspect, the prosecutor learned that Guo's habit of using a minimum procedure for accounting during the trial was verified one by one, and finally determined that the three of the three profits were more than 49,000 yuan.

The Yuxi County Procuratorate filed a public prosecution to the county court with Zhang, Guo, and Cai's suspicion of violating the personal information of citizens, and put forward the proposal to determine the torture. In the end, the court adopted the sentencing suggestion of the court and made the above judgment.
