According to the "Memorandum of Cooperation of Joint Discipline" (hereinafter referred to as "memo" by the Ministry of Civil Affairs, the People's Bank of China, and the National Development and Reform Commission, etc., the "Memorandum of Co -Discipline" (hereinafter referred to as the "Memorandum"), the marriage registration is seriously disciplinary The marriage registration of the national marriage registration credit information system is seriously dishonest. Who will be included in the list of dishonesty?

According to the "memorandum" implemented from January 1, 2019, the parties include the following 4 types of marriage registration are included in the marriage registration:

(1) Use forgery, alteration or use of other people's identity documents, hukou books, no spouse certificates, other documents, and proof materials;

(2) False declarations such as non -spouse, non -straight relationship relationship, and three generations of blood relatives within the third generation;

In other words, men and women do not meet the statutory marriage conditions or register for marriage procedures, but by using fake certificates, fabricating lies, etc., or violate public order, good customs and honesty, they will be deceived by the Civil Affairs Bureau to deceive the marriage registration certificate and will be civil affairs by civil affairs. The consequences that will bring in the list of dishonesty
