Civil supervision and reconciliation, 23 years of "grievances" forces

"Thank you, for so many years, now the case has ended, and our" grievances "have also been sold." Recently, the Suxian District Procuratorate received an application for the withdrawal civil supervision application submitted by Pan Moumou. And, a twenty -three -year entanglement came to an end.

In 1999, a village and other people in a village in Bailu Tang Town, Suxian District raised funds to build a hydropower station, and reached a cooperation intention with the then project manager of a construction company in Guiyang. Lei Moumou's cashier's construction of the dams of the dam was suspended for some reason. In order to ask for project funds, Lei Moumou complained to the Suxian District Court for five people including a village committee and Pan Moumou. In 2007, the Suxian District Court made a judgment on the construction of the construction contract for the construction project. Pan Moumou and others did not apply for the second trial and retrial in accordance with the law, and the case entered the implementation stage.

Pan Moumou and others were dissatisfied with the court's verdict and implementation, and had been petitioning and appeal for 15 years. In April 2022, Pangmou submitted a civil litigation supervision application to the Suxian District Procuratorate. After accepting this case, the prosecutor conducted a careful and detailed review of the original case of the district court. During the review, the Suxian District Procuratorate carried out a lot of interpretation work on the two parties, and jointly carried out mediation work with the Suxian District Court. In the end, the two parties made one step and reached a reconciliation.

On June 16, under the witness of the prosecutor, Pan Moumou and the five people and Lei Moumou signed a reconciliation agreement with Lei Moumou in the Suxian District Court, and fulfilled the execution of the agreement on the spot, saying that the two parties would not investigate each other in the future. On the same day, five people, including Pan Moumou, filed an application for the withdrawal of civil litigation supervision to the Suxian District Procuratorate. The 23 -year -old case achieved substantial resolution, and the case was truly concluded.

To do practical things, promote reconciliation, and relieve the people's worries, each dispute is resolved. Each story has a successful ending. It is the expectation of Su Xian's procuratorial and the motivation for continuous struggle.
