1. Fill in the application information online

For those who meet the application conditions, they should log in to the official website of the Ministry of Justice or the government service platform of the Ministry of Justice from 9 am to 24:00 on July 1, 2022 to fill in the application for the relevant information of the legal professional qualifications.

Applicants can choose to apply for legal professional qualifications at the place of registration, household registration, work and life.

In the place where the household registration is relaxed, applicants who apply for the relaxation conditions when registering to enjoy the conditions of relaxation, and the scores who have reached the relaxation of the qualified score line shall choose the municipal judicial administrative organs where the household registration area is located to apply for a legal professional qualification. After graduation, the applicant has moved the household registration to the place where the registration is relaxed due to reasons such as study and work.

If the person who has obtained the qualified score of the 2021 test to give up the application, the situation of the judicial administrative agency of the application place shall explain the situation.

2. Submit application materials on the spot

The applicant shall submit the application materials on -site from July 12 to 15, 2022 to the place announced by the Judicial Administrative Organs and the relevant epidemic prevention and control requirements in accordance with the announcement of the Judicial Administration Organ. Application materials include:

(1) Original ID card.

Applicants who enjoy relaxation policies must provide the original regional household registration book.

(2) Original certificate of graduation certificate and degree certificate.

(3) Relevant correction materials according to the required review.

The original materials were scanned after being inspected by the judicial administrative organs, and the original should be returned to the applicant.

The judicial administrative organs accept the application of legal professional qualifications uniformly, and complete the legal professional qualification review and identification work within the legal time limit. The dates of the unified acceptance are July 15, 2022.

3. Certificate issuance

Those who apply for the grant of legal professional qualifications shall be awarded the legal professional qualifications by the Ministry of Justice to issue the "Legal Occupational Qualification Certificate" by the Ministry of Justice.
