Xinhua News Agency, Guangzhou, June 24 (Reporter Li Yingying) The Guangdong Higher People's Court released 20 typical cases of cross -border disputes in the Guangdong -Hong Kong -Macao Greater Bay Area on the 24th. The release of this case includes three texts: Chinese, Britain, and Portuguese, covering multiple fields such as cross -border investment, cross -border trade, cross -border marriage, arbitration judicial review and enforcement, and inter -regional judicial assistance. There are also new types of cases involving the implementation of the Civil Code; there are cases that are applicable to mainland laws and cases of Hong Kong and Macao laws.

Hu Yunteng, president of the Case Law Research Association of the Chinese Law Society, introduced and commented on the case, arguing that these cases reflect the court of the Greater Bay Area in the Greater Bay Area to adhere to equal protection and protect the legitimate rights and interests of domestic and foreign subjects in accordance with the law; accurately use the Civil Code and effectively escort the Greater Bay Area area The people live and work in peace; strict intellectual property protection, continue to optimize the business environment of the rule of law; deepen judicial assistance in the three places, and actively promote the connection between the rules of judicial regulations.

It is reported that since 2019, the Guangdong High Court has released 80 typical cases of cross -border disputes. Since 2019, courts at all levels in Guangdong have tried 58,000 cases involving foreign -related Hong Kong and Macao, 5,406 maritime and maritime cases, and 8,694 cases of inter -regional judicial assistance.
