The Suihua People's Procuratorate sent a member to appear in court to support public prosecution, and the defendant Zhang Enliang and his defender attended the lawsuit.

The Suihua People's Procuratorate charged: From July 2004 to March 2021, the defendant Zhang Enliang used the deputy secretary and secretary of the provincial party committee, chairman of the Provincial Youth Federation, Deputy Secretary of Heihe Municipal Party Committee, Mayor, Secretary of Hegang Municipal Party Committee and other positions The convenience of convenience, and the convenience conditions formed by my own power or status, through the acts of staff of other countries, help the relevant units or individuals in terms of engineering contracting, project funds, personnel appointment and removal, etc. The property given by individuals is more than RMB 73.17 million. From May 2012 to March 2017, Zhang Enliang used the convenience of serving as deputy secretary and mayor of Heihe Municipal Party Committee, and the total funds of more than 3.79 million yuan were invaded. In the first half of 2015, Zhang Enliang used the convenience of serving as the deputy secretary of the Heihe Municipal Party Committee and the mayor of the mayor to borrow the public funds of RMB 30 million to others for profit -making activities. In May 2019, the principal and interest of the above misappropriation of money has been returned. The public prosecution agency requested that Zhang Enliang's criminal responsibility for bribery, corruption, and misappropriation of public funds.

During the trial, the public prosecution agency presented relevant evidence. The defendant Zhang Enliang and his defender conducted a qualitative certificate. The two parties of the prosecution fully expressed their opinions under the auspices of the court.
