On August 11, 2021, the criminal suspect Peng Mou made a crime of counterfeit registered trademark due to the provisions of Article 213 of the Criminal Law. On the day, the People's Procuratorate of the Chengguan District of Lhasa filed a public prosecution to the People's Court of Chengguan District, Lhasa. On October 22, 2021, the People's Court of the Chengguan District of Lhasa made a judgment on the case.
