On June 23, the People's Court of Jialing District, Nanchong City, Sichuan signed a criminal victim rescue collaboration framework agreement with the Jialing District Civil Affairs Bureau to explore the establishment of a "judicial + civil affairs" assistance connection mechanism to help the "trapped" group out of trouble.

The agreement is mainly aimed at criminal victims who have disabled due to crimes, cannot obtain compensation through litigation, and have difficulty in life; they have died due to crime violations, and they cannot get compensation in time with their joint life or relying on their income as an important source of life. Difficulty close relatives; in other civil cases, if they are poverty due to the case, they shall be given corresponding assistance if they are reviewed by the judicial assistance.

The agreement clearly states that after the people's court gives judicial assistance objects that meet the judicial assistance conditions, after preliminary examination, if they believe that the conditions may meet the conditions of social assistance, the investigation and verification should be transferred to the relevant civil affairs departments in a timely manner. If the civil affairs department is verified in accordance with the policy regulations, and if the conditions are eligible, social assistance shall be given to the people's courts in a timely manner.

The agreement pointed out that the form of assistance includes economic assistance, legal aid, and psychological counseling. "To ensure the implementation of the rescue system, improve the level of rescue, and establish the 'green channel' of the people who rescue the difficulties."
