Sanhe Court invites prosecutors to serve normalization of the audit committee

On the afternoon of September 20, the Sanhe Court held a meeting of the trial committee to study and discuss 2 criminal cases and 4 civil cases.Bi Liheng, a member of the party group and deputy prosecutor of the Municipal Procuratorate, was invited to attend.Yang Fuxin, a member of the party group and deputy dean, presided over the meeting of the audit committee.

At the meeting, the judge of the case was reported in detail on the trial of the case and the focus of disputes.On behalf of the Procuratorate of Bi Liheng, the prosecutor of the Procuratorate issued procuratorial opinions on the facts of the case and the application of laws.

In recent years, the Sanhe Court has actively implemented the spirit of the Supreme People's Court and the Supreme People's Procuratorate's "Implementation Opinions on the Meeting of the Prosecutor of the People's Procuratorate attended the People's Court of Judgment Committee".The committee consciously accepted legal supervision, realized the diversification of trial supervision, and improved the quality, efficiency and credibility of trial.
