The people's court accelerates the modernization of the foreign -related trial system and the capacity of trial capabilities

International credibility and influence have continued to increase. From June 2013 to June 2022, courts at all levels concluded 295,000 civilians and maritime cases in foreign -related and commercial affairs in the first instance.

According to Wang Shumei, the president of the Fourth Court of Fa -CIII, the Supreme Congress of the CPC, since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Supreme Law has formulated 31 judicial interpretations of overseas business affairs, 9 standardized documents, published 12 guiding cases, 137 typical cases, and issued foreign business affairs affairs. The Minutes of the Maritime Trial Symposium make clearly stipulate the 111 difficult issues in foreign -related trials, standardize trial procedures, uniformly referee standards, and promote the construction of the law system of foreign affairs cases in foreign affairs.

It is reported that the construction of my country's international maritime judicial center has achieved new development, forming a national maritime trial organization system including 11 maritime courts and 42 sent courts. The Supreme Law has set up First and Second International Commercial Courts in Shenzhen and Xi'an, respectively. As of now, 27 cases have been accepted and 11 were tried. For the platform, the addition of international commercial arbitration agencies and mediation organizations extensively provides diversified dispute solutions for Chinese and foreign parties.

The people's court meets the new situation and new requirements faced by foreign -related business affairs trials, improves the introduction, selection, use, management and exchanges of foreign -related trial talents, and increases high -level trial talents in the fields of trade, investment, and ocean. More and more excellent foreign -related trial talents have embarked on the international stage, fully demonstrating the level and image of China's foreign justice -related justice.
