In order to effectively strengthen the management and supervision of judicial appraisal, improve the credibility of judicial appraisal, meet the needs of lawsuits and protect the rights of citizens, and promote justice, in accordance with the "Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on the Administration of Judicial Appraisal and Management" "Administrative Measures for the Registration of Judicial Appraisers" and other relevant regulations, recently, the Provincial Department of Justice has compiled the "State Judicial Appraiser and Judicial Appraisal Institutions (Anhui Province) (2022)" (hereinafter referred to as the "Registration") and announced it.

The "Registration" compiled a total of 204 appraisal agencies that were reviewed and registered by the Provincial Department of Justice and registered with the investigation authority. Among them, 101 appraisal agencies reviewed and registered by the Provincial Department of Justice and 1,714 judicial appraisers. There are 16 appraisal agencies registered for the procuratorial organs, 87 appraisal agencies filing and registered by the public security organs, and incorporated the "Anhui Provincial Judicial Appraisal Institution Evaluation Results" (2021) into the register.

The appraisers and appraisal agencies registered in the register shall carry out practicing activities in accordance with the scope of business and practice categories announced in accordance with the provisions of the judicial appraisal laws and regulations. The "Restaurant" is divided into two forms: paper and electronic version.
