On the afternoon of September 22, the Changde City Procuratorate held a lecture on the rule of law education such as prevention of campus bullying and anti -drug knowledge in the Arts and Sports Museum of Changde No. 2 Middle School. Liu Lin, the prosecutor of the Second Procuratorate of the Changde City Procuratorate, served as a guest speaker.

At the meeting, Wang Lin, deputy secretary of the Party Committee and principal of Changde City, issued a letter of employment of the school as the vice president of the rule of law.

In the lecture, Liu Lin vividly explained the expression and influence of "campus bullying" in conjunction with the specific case image of the province and the city. In the "Prevention of Sexual Assault and Crime" and "anti -drug" education preaching session, Liu Lin showed different forms of drugs with the help of multimedia videos, and warned the serious harm caused by drugs with shocking cases.
