When the owner cannot provide his purchase voucher and sell vouchers, and the price identification center cannot make a clear price appraisal, the "value is unknown". Therefore, the procuratorial agency's reference price identification center's evaluation price of some tea, combined with the sales documents in the store, determined that the valuation value of the stolen tea is more than 7,000 yuan.
