Since 2021, the Shaanxi Procuratorate supervised 57 cases according to law; 101 people were corrected, of which 18 were sentenced to more than ten years in prison; 648 were proposed in the investigation, and 639 were corrected. Comprehensively implement the criminal policy of leniency and strictness

On the basis of strictness, the Shaanxi Procuratorate focused on the transformation and distinction between the education of drug criminal suspects, and actively promoted the admitting and confession and punishment of drug criminal cases in accordance with the law, differentiated crimes, and reduced social confrontation. Since 2021, the Shaanxi Procuratorate has applied for a drug case for drug cases and confession and punishment from 1,713. The applicable rate is 70%, which has given full play to the value of the system.
