On June 21, Kang Mouwu released a short video reported by the prosecutor of our hospital Zhou Ke on the Douyin Platform, saying that he was deceived 1708,000 yuan in Luo Moumou's fraud in 2018. Black and white, did not determine that it was the victim in Luo Moumou's fraud case.

Kangmu's case was released in the message section of the Zhangjiajie Municipal Party Committee of Hunan Zhangjiajie on January 5, 2022. On January 11, 2022, the Zhangjiajie Municipal Party Committee's Internet Information Office asked our hospital to make a written reply on this case. The party group of our hospital attaches great importance to it. On January 13, 2022, it was required that the Prosecutor and Supervision Department organized a special force to conduct a verification of the clues of Comrade Zhou Ke's martial arts report.

After verification, on December 31, 2019, our hospital held a procuratorial committee for discussion on the case to discuss the amount in the case of Luo Moumou's fraud in the case of Kang Mouwu. The prosecutor Zhou Ke did not determine the laws and regulations in the indictment.

When handling the case, our hospital was determined clearly about the facts of the case, the evidence was indeed, the law was accurate, and the proceedings were legal. If the parties do not agree with the conclusion of our hospital's verification, they can appeal to the relevant departments in accordance with the legal procedures.
