The two stole two electric vehicles in this way that night, and then Zhu Mousheng drove away.

After receiving the report of the stolen car owner, the Xinqing Police Station immediately launched a visit and investigated, and arrested the suspect Zhu Mousheng and Cheng Moujin on August 29 and September 17, respectively. After investigation and verification, Zhu Mousheng confessed to his crimes that had many theft of electric vehicles, and Cheng Moujin also truthfully confess that he helped Zhu Mousheng theft of two electric vehicles.
