The Sichuan Court released a 5 -year trial of 2838 cases in the white paper of the bankruptcy trial work

On September 22, the Sichuan Provincial Higher People's Court held a press conference to release the "White Paper (2017-2021) of the Sichuan Court of Court of Court of Court (2017-2021)" and the "Top Ten Ten Ten Top Ten Top Ten Top Ten Top Ten Top Cases (2017-2021)". The reporter learned from the conference that in the past five years, the province's courts concluded 2838 bankruptcy cases, and the number of receipts and cases increased geometrically.

At the press conference, Liu Nan, a member of the party group and deputy dean of the Sichuan High Court, notified-

From 2017 to 2021, the province's courts accepted a total of 2903 cases of bankruptcy applications, and 2,838 were tried (including old deposits). After review, 1,847 cases were rulled to enter the bankruptcy entity trial procedure, and 1,271 were tried (including old deposits).

Among them, the number of bankruptcy applications accepted and concluded in 2021 increased by 256.9%and 276%from 2017. The number of bankruptcy cases that entered the physical trial procedure in 2021 increased by 303.8%and 858.2%respectively from 2017, respectively. During the year, the number of closures and cases increased geometrically.

Since 2017, the average trial cycle of new bankruptcy cases in the province has dropped from 29.23 months to 18.59 months, and the trial cycle has dropped by 36.4%.

Industrys with relatively excess capacity such as construction, manufacturing, business services, energy chemical engineering, and relatively high funding leverage, as well as financial institutions such as guarantee companies and small loan companies, as well as high -tech enterprises such as electronic information and biotechnology. There are fewer state -owned enterprises, mainly private enterprises, and most of them are small and medium -sized enterprises, accounting for 90 %.

In the bankruptcy cases that have been tried since 2017, there were 1556 bankruptcy liquidation cases, accounting for 84.2%of the total number of cases; 260 reorganization cases, accounting for 14.1%of the total number of cases; a total of 31 cases of reconciliation cases, accounting for 1.7%of the total number of cases. The number of reorganizations has increased year by year, and a number of well -known and key enterprises such as Luantianhua, Sichuan Coal Group, Dazhou Iron and Steel, and Shengma Chemical have re -achieved new students.

The number of cases in Chengdu accounted for 33%of the province's total, and the characteristics of the number of regional imbalances in the number of courts accepted and concluded by the province's courts were more obvious.

In addition, He Xuemin, the president of the Second Court, released the top ten typical cases of bankruptcy trials in the provincial courts from 2017 to 2021.
